Our goal here is to help you become more confident cooking restaurant-quality meals at home.
Jonathan’s love of food dates back as far as he can remember, literally, because he has a foodographic memory. Give him a year and he can tell you the historical importance of the meals he ate.
He lives for the “a-ha!!” cooking moments when new skills are acquired and difficult recipes and techniques are mastered.
Jill enjoys traveling, learning about other cultures and challenging herself to learn new things. Her introduction to cooking first started after living for two years in a small Austrian village without many restaurants or grocery store choices.
Taking on new baking and cooking projects is not only a way to be creative and keep learning new skills but also provides her with a sense of adventure.
She and Jonathan view cooking as vicarious travel or a way to re-experience places they’ve visited in the past.
